Hi, I’m Layla…

I am a guide and facilitator passionate about dismantling the taboos of self-discovery to get to the root of true identity & authenticity.

My journey started as I supported my way out of a 10-year struggle with anorexia, binge eating and bulimia, which led me to experiment with deep subconscious work, nurturing the mind-body connection, Yoga practices and energetic work.

Now, I guide people through the same journey, helping them reconnect to the core of who they are and find inner peace & freedom from suffering.

This is how I work

  • As a guide, I draw upon the insights garnered from personal experience with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, sadness, anxiety and lack of purpose or direction with energetic, somatic and trauma-informed practices.

    These include deep subconscious exploration, shadow work, chakra rebalancing, yoga practices, meditation, journaling and more.

  • Healing doesn't happen in a silo. It is often the power of community, the power of being seen, which allows us and encourages us see ourselves and to move forward.

    When we feel alone, we can feel lost. When we feel misunderstood, we can feel guilt. When we fear judgement, we can feel shame.

    Together, we can create a newfound sense of belonging.

  • Self-Led programs harness key techniques and practices and streamline them into a clear path. Ideal for those looking to understand themselves on their own before embarking on a 1:1 journey.
